I'm Luke, ex-sparky turned coach, helping tradies get back in shape.
I spent 10 years in the electrical industry. I know the long days, the early starts, the cheeky servo snack that gets out of hand, and how easy it is to tell yourself your job will keep you fit. I've lived it.
I've been training since 2008 and in 2020 I turned that passion into a coaching business built specifically for tradies. Since then I've helped hundreds of blokes lose weight, build muscle and take back control of their health.
The blokes I work with are time poor, constantly sore, running on empty by the time they get home and fighting the urge to grab takeaway after a big day on the tools. Their confidence has taken a hit, they've lost their energy and some days they just aren't showing up the way they want to for their families.
